staff were super friendly and really chill. the location is close to the ferry port, which was kinda convenient for us. room was clean and had a kettle for coffee, which is always a plus. beds were comfy enough for a decent sleep. it’s a decent spot for a quick stay before catching a ferry.
but the pillows were really thin and parking was a bit of a hassle. also, the noise from the hallway was annoying sometimes.

An unexpected culinary delight
The hotel surprised me with an excellent half-board dinner featuring fresh local options, making it an enjoyable meal after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was also diverse and satisfying.
Finding parking was a bit tricky, and the rooms could use some cosmetic upgrades. Despite these issues, my stay was enjoyable due to the staff's attentiveness.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend excursion in Loon-Plage with good price-quality ratio. The room smelled fresh, and the basic amenities were in good shape for what I paid. Keep an eye out for local dining options offsite. they can be a great alternative.

I encountered some issues with noise during my stay—door slamming from the corridor interrupted my peace, making it hard to catch some Z's. The restaurant was a letdown too. I found the food quality quite poor, and the limited menu didn't help either. The parking was a hassle as well, with not enough spaces for all guests, leading to some cars parked awkwardly on walkways. The shower temperature was erratic, which was uncomfortable, and overall, certain areas seemed to need a cosmetic upgrade.

Great staff and convenient location for ferry travelers
I stayed for one night, and the staff were genuinely nice and helpful throughout my time there. The room had everything I needed, including a kettle for hot drinks and comfortable beds for a decent night's sleep. the carpet had seen better days and could have used a good cleaning. it served its purpose as a stopover before catching the ferry.

The room surprised me with its spacious layout, almost like a small apartment. Appreciated the clean bathroom and comfortable beds. the carpet had several stains, making it uncomfortable for the kids to play on the floor. Noise from the automated doors near reception frequently disrupted our sleep at night, especially with loud music coming in from Friday night festivities. the staff were genuinely helpful, and breakfast had plenty of options to start the day right. I had a quick pizza in the restaurant, which was delightful and served promptly. It was convenient for a one-night stopover but may not be ideal for longer stays due to the noise and room condition.

The staff friendliness truly stood out, making the check-in experience welcoming and efficient. A secure space for bike storage was convenient for a cycling trip. bicycles fit comfortably inside the room. noise from the corridor was distracting, and the room, while adequate, showed signs of wear with dated decor. Breakfast options were diverse and enjoyable, featuring quality local products, but the restaurant could benefit from an expanded menu to improve dining variety.
